The Prime Minister, Tony Blair, has addressed the media in a press conference following today’s small explosions in London, urging the public to respond calmly.
He commented: “There appear to be no caualties” and has urged people to get on with their business as usual.

He continued: “You can’t mimimise incidents like this but we know why they are done - they are done to scare people.”
