Less than one month following the commencement of negotiations, an agreement between Continental Airlines and the island of Bonaire was signed on June 23rd. Beginning December 16, 2005 Continental Airlines will launch a weekly non-stop round-trip flight from its
Houston hub to/from Bonaire.

Flight #1898 will depart Houston on Fridays at 11:30 p.m., arriving in
Bonaire on Saturdays at 6:15 a.m. The return flight, #1899, will depart Bonaire on Saturdays at 8:00 a.m., arriving in Houston at 10:50 a.m.  Continental Airlines will use a Boeing 737 airplane with 124 seats including 12 first class seats.
