AirTran Airways, today reported that the
airline enplaned 58,036 passengers on Thursday, June 23, 2005, which
represents an all-time company record.  AirTran Airways operated 568 flights
yesterday with a daily load factor of 87.9 percent.“Our customers love AirTran Airways - with our all-new Boeing jets, our
spacious Business Class, the spacious overhead bins, the most comfortable
seats, the 100 percent fresh air, over 100 channels of XM Satellite Radio, low
fares and our great service,” said Robert L. Fornaro, president and chief
operating officer of AirTran Airways.  “We are pleased to set this new
passenger enplanement record.”
