After months of searching and filing of CV’s the individual to spearhead the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) has been officially chosen. The CTO has selected Vincent Vanderpool-Wallace, director general of tourism for the Bahamas, as its new secretary-general, a post that has been vacant since Jean Holder retired last autumn.Mr. Vanderpool-Wallace will take over his duties in mid-June and will move from the Bahamas to CTO«s headquarters in Bridgetown, Barbados.
