Rezidor SAS Hospitality is launching interactive destination guides for its Radisson SAS and Park Inn brand websites. The guides are being provided for five launch destinations (Berlin, Copenhagen, London, Oslo and Paris) covering 16 properties initially, and will be rolled out to other Rezidor SAS destinations in several phases.
Rezidor’s decision to provide the interactive guides was based on the success that its partner, Carlson Companies, has experienced since first launching the service in 2002. Carlson first tested the destination guide concept on its Radisson Hotels & Resorts site, and then decided to rollout the guides for all its brands and properties in the Americas. Rezidor SAS was also swayed by the fact the 10Best has made a long-term commitment to the European market by establishing a presence here.
