Leela Palace Kempinski Hotel Goes Live with IDeaS

The Leela Palace Kempinski Hotel Bangalore has become the 9th Kempinski Hotel to install the IDeaS Revenue Optimization solution. The Leela Palace Bangalore has broken new ground and is utilizing the IDeaS V5 ASP software as a service.
“We have been very happy with the soundness of the recommendations and subsequently the higher RevPAR we are getting from the IDeaS V5i system,” said Eric Swanson, General Manager of The Leela Palace Kempinski Bangalore. “It was important that there was no investment in hardware and that we could have a clear view of our data and control the ensuing daily business decisions at any time, from any location, with the ease of using just a web browser.”
