Donna Philburn, a public relations consultant serving the travel and hospitality industries, has announced the addition of Tensing Pen, a luxury boutique property located in Negril, Jamaica, to her portfolio.“As a PR consultant, my objective is to serve as an extension of Tensing Pen’s marketing department,” said Philburn.

“Tensing Pen continues to expand and evolve their product to meet a growing guest roster and forge new niche markets. Through a concise and integrated marketing communications program, this boutique resort will be at the top of the list in the Caribbean.”

Philburn will provide independent consulting services including publicity, media relations, press trips and junkets, newsletters, special events, and media training.

The property completed a massive rebuilding project just 70 days after suffering damage from Hurricane Ivan in September 2004.
