Crestline Recognizes Its Top Sales Performers

Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a
leading hospitality management company, reports a record year for sales
growth in 2004 with its portfolio of properties exceeding revenue from the
previous year with comparative hotel sales up 11.5% year over year. The
Company’s growth and the achievement of its national sales team were
recently recognized during its annual Sales and Marketing Conference at
the Georgia Tech Hotel & Conference Center in Atlanta, GA. Crestline
manages 36 hotels in 11 states and the District of Columbia under such
well-known brand names as Marriott, Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn,
Renaissance, Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Residence Inn, as well as independent
properties. “2004 has been a remarkably successful year for our company and its
associates,” said Dave Durbin, president and CEO of Crestline Hotels &
Resorts. “During this year we have added several new properties to our
portfolio and many more are in the pipeline. Our ability to grow our
company is a direct result of the enthusiasm, achievements and success of
our sales and marketing associates. It is a pleasure to honor all of our
team at this annual event and to particularly recognize those whose
contributions have exceeded even our highest expectations,” added Durbin.

The Atlanta Marriott Gwinnett Place, Atlanta, GA,—received special
recognition at the meeting for being the number one full-service Marriott
Hotel for overall satisfaction, according to a survey of event planners
conducted by Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Marriott asks event planners to
rate a hotel on satisfaction of service and staff. Results of the year
long survey were recently released for 2004, and the Atlanta Marriott
Gwinnett Place Hotel ranked number one among the 279 Marriott hotels that
participate in the ranking.
