Langham Hotels International is pleased to announce the appointment of Alison Styles as Director of Global Sales of Langham Hotels International to oversee the Langham Group’s global sales function, promoting all LHI hotel properties worldwide.A hospitality veteran specialising in strategic sales and business development, Alison Styles will spearhead the Group’s global sales effort by overseeing global key accounts and strategic marketing partnerships.  Stationed in the LHI’s corporate office in Hong Kong, she will lead a vibrant Global Sales Office network in Hong Kong, London, New York, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, Shanghai and Minneapolis. 

A British national, Styles has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry of which 12 years were spent in Asia Pacific, including Sydney and Jakarta.  She was highly involved in regional sales, pre-opening of new hotels and senior management in sales and marketing with Starwood Hotels and Resorts for a decade.  She then focused and expanded her sales skills into other industries.  In Sydney, Styles held a senior marketing position at Inter-touch, a leading provider of broadband technology services to the hospitality industry.  Prior to joining Langham Hotels International, Styles was Business Development Director (Europe) of TSA Training Services in London, a specialist in revenue enhancement and sales skill development for the global hospitality industry.
