ATA Airlines, Inc., principal
operating subsidiary of ATA Holdings Corp, today announced
increased flights to Hawaii in the airline’s April and June 2005 flight
schedules. During the summer peak travel season, ATA will operate 62
weekly round-trips from its four gateways cities on the Mainland to Hawaii. “Hawaii continues to be one of ATA’s premier vacation markets, and these
added services will further enhance our presence in the marketplace,” said
Stan Hula, ATA’s Vice President of Planning.

ATA Airlines’ Service to Hawaii includes: ATA service from Lihue
International Airport (LIH) * New nonstop flights from Lihue to Los
Angeles with three weekly departures beginning June 12. * New nonstop

service from Maui International Airport (OGG) * Increased nonstop flights
from Maui to Phoenix with daily service effective June 7. * Daily nonstop

* Daily nonstop flights from Maui to San Francisco.

Hula said, “The addition of these nonstop flights from the Mainland to
Hawaii gives travelers access to one of the world’s most popular vacation
destinations. Las Vegas is also the number one vacation destination for
those who live in Hawaii, and ATA is making their getaway to Las Vegas a
lot easier.”

Danny Ching, ATA’s marketing partner and owner of Nonstop Hawaii and
Budget Holidays based in Honolulu, said, “The increased flights by ATA
Airlines have long been desired. The service has not even started yet, and
we’ve had a tremendous response. Hawaiians love ATA because it offers the
best value for those who live in Hawaii to get to the Mainland.”

“Residents of Hawaii are known to be expert air travelers due to their
need to island hop as the mainstay of getting around our state. The
nonstop, six-hour-long flight from Honolulu to Vegas gives us a chance to
have fun in Vegas as a quick getaway without a connection. That is really
what makes this an attractive option,” added Ching.
