by Destination Hotels and Resorts of Englewood, Colorado to provide

agreement with Alpine Lodging, property manager of The Lorian #8
Penthouse, Mountain Village, Telluride, Colorado. World’s Finest Resorts (WFR) is the world’s leading brand of trade and
travel benefits services for discerning luxury resort property owners.

Teton Mountain Lodge is one of 30 independent, upscale and luxury hotels,
resorts and golf clubs in the United States managed by Destination Hotels
& Resorts, the fourth largest independent hospitality management company
in the country. The company, based in Englewood, Colo., features a
portfolio of more than 7,500 guest rooms, 17 golf courses and nine

Teton Mountain Lodge is a brand new, contemporary “slope side” property

The Lorian, an addition to the Signature Home Collection of The World’s
Finest Resorts, is the first of an enclave of homes in Telluride. The
three bedroom, three bath luxurious condominium faces West with
