Amadeus will unveil two brand new selling tools for agents at the London Business Travel and Travel Technology shows in London. Amadeus Vista Business and Amadeus Vista Leisure will provide the UK market with a highly customised selling tool designed to help agents diversify their business, Gain productivity and focus on selling and providing additional value to their customers.

Agents will now have a tailored solution that allows them to access a wealth of relevant content in a fraction of the time they’re used to.
Initial customer research reveals Amadeus Vista delivers impressive results. For example, creating a frequent traveller profile takes less than a minute and selling a hotel room is a third faster than in other legacy systems. This means agents have more time to spend advising customers, thereby building stronger relationships with a view to long-term profitability.”
Both Amadeus Vista Leisure and Vista Business will include relevant local and third-party provider content, such as Hotel multimedia and hotel mapping along with a comprehensive online training programme. The latest suite of Amadeus Vista solutions is based on “open” technology allowing
Amadeus to provide optimal levels of customisation and flexibility and offering booking integration for both GDS and Web content. The Vista suite also offers Amadeus’ customers the possibility to integrate their agencies own applications, for example a fares database, into the Vista reservations environment.
