American Eagle Expands International Reach

American Eagle
announced today that beginning May 1 the carrier will add daily nonstop
service between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and the city of
Chihuahua, Mexico. The carrier will operate one flight each day with its
popular, state-of-the-art 50-seat ERJ-145 regional jets. “As American continues its international growth, American Eagle is
extending its reach into Mexico,” said Peter Bowler, President-American
Eagle. “Our new service will provide travelers in both countries more
flexibility and options.”

The city of Chihuahua, capital of the largest state in Mexico and known
affectionately as the “Lady of the Desert,” sits in one of northern
Mexico’s largest industrial areas and has almost a quarter of a million
inhabitants.
