US Airways has re-
introduced the overwhelmingly popular sale fares offered earlier this week
for Thursday and Friday only, due to enthusiastic customer response that
made Monday and Tuesday usairways.com’s third- and second-highest revenue
days ever, respectively. The fares are as low as they were earlier this week, starting as low as
$49* each way on domestic routes, and $90* each way on international
routes, based on roundtrip travel.

“The tremendous response to this week’s fare sale and to US Airways is a
vote of confidence from our customers and a boost to our efforts to fully
implement our Transformation Plan,” said Bruce Ashby, US Airways executive
vice president of marketing and planning.

Under the extended sale, tickets must be purchased by Jan. 21, 2005, or by
Feb. 7, 2005 for Latin America and select Caribbean destinations. Travel
must be completed by March 17, by March 23 for Europe, or by April 28,
2005 for Latin America and select Caribbean destinations.
