, a member of the Thomas Cook Group has launched online booking services for its ‘Skiing & Snowboarding’, ‘Active’ and ‘Beachplus Club’ holiday ranges. The services are powered by RWA’s Sell-It Suite. The Neilson website now offers a comprehensive information search and browsing facility alongside access to a complete availability checking and booking system.
Research undertaken by the company illustrated that more than 90% of its customers have access to the internet, with at least 65% of guests visiting the Neilson website prior to travel. To keep up with these ever-increasing figures and trends towards Internet based research by holiday consumers - it was felt that an on-line booking facility was an invaluable service to offer both its current and future guests.
The full Neilson product range is available to be booked on-line including all those holiday extras such as ski equipment, lift passes, travel insurance and airport car parking. The system is quick and easy to use, offering a convenient method of booking with a simple search facility and efficient availability checking process.
