AmericInn Names Arnold A. Angeloni CEO

AmericInn, one of the fastest
growing upscale limited service lodging chains in the United States,
announced today that Arnold Angeloni has been named chief executive
officer of both AmericInn and its parent company, Northcott Hospitality
International, LLC. Angeloni, who had been serving as the interim chief
executive officer, has assumed his position effective immediately.“Since joining us in July, Arnold has very quickly and capably
demonstrated excellent leadership and managerial skills, an impressive
ability to master the intricacies of our business and a keen understanding
of the interpersonal skills needed for a job such as his,” said Richard S.
Taylor, chairman of the company’s board of governors. “As the board
watched Arnold’s performance with increasing satisfaction, we realized
that the right candidate for the position was already on the job.”

“I am excited by the opportunity to extend my relationship with this
wonderful company,” said Angeloni. “AmericInn and its parent are well-
regarded in the lodging and restaurant industries and have excellent
prospects for growth. Serving as interim CEO has given me great insight
into the company and made my decision to join the management team an easy
one.”

Prior to his tenure with AmericInn, Angeloni was a management consultant
who specialized in providing companies with interim management and
advisory services. Angeloni also has held various senior executive
positions with Deluxe Corporation, a printing and financial services
company, where—over a 30-year career—he was president of the $1.2
billion Check Printing Division as well as president of the Business
Systems Division, a $400 million business unit.
