Cap Juluca’s General
Manager, Eustace Guishard, was named 2004 Hotelier of the Year by the Anguilla Hotel & Tourism Association/Anguilla Tourist Board. Guishard also received the award
in 2002. He is the only Anguillian hotelier to have received this distinction
twice.
“This award is a result of the hard work and dedication of all the Cap
Juluca staff,” said Guishard. “It is a total team effort - a team that is
comprised of extremely versatile and flexible people,” he added.

Guishard, who has 30 years’ experience in the tourism industry, joined
Cap Juluca in 1986 as part of the original development team. He served the
resort in a variety of management positions, beginning as food and beverage
manager. In 1997 he was named general manager.

Recently, the hotel has received accolades from readers of such
publications as Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler and Andrew Harper’s Hideaway
Report and, in November, was the site of the NBC-TV “Today” show’s first
Destination Wedding.
