World’s Finest Resorts Adds 15 Bachelor Gulch

15 Bachelor Gulch, a getaway
ski and golf retreat at the base of Beaver Creek Resort is now affiliated
with The World’s Finest Resorts (WFR) as a Signature Home. 15 Bachelor
Gulch is the first of a colony of luxury homes to be built in the popular
Colorado Rocky Mountain area. The world’s leading brand of trade and
travel benefits service for independent luxury fractional and wholly owned
condominiums and homes chose the spacious mountain property because it
matches WFR’s service, property and location criteria. Since forming two years ago, WFR has selected 50 member resorts and
vacation entities including 80-50 Mammoth Mountain, Poets Cove Seaside
Resort and Spa at Bedwell Harbour in the Pender Island off Vancouver
Islands, Pronghorn in Bend, Oregon, Villa La Estancia in Cabo San Lucas,
The Hemingways in Sun Valley, Idaho, Humber Valley Resort in Newfoundland,
Canada, East-West Partners’ Old Greenwood and The NorthStar Club at
NorthStar-at-Tahoe to name a few.

From a WFR Member’s point of view, the casually elegant mountain enclave
adds a luxury component in the Vail/Beaver Creek Colorado area to the
growing collection of residential resort location sites in WFR’s catalog
of trade opportunities.

“We are proud of our new concept of luxury fractional homes that
accommodate a larger group in a real home environment. It will allow
families to call this their own ‘home’ and return year after year to make
memories, not just vacations,” said Sally Austen, developer of the
property.”

Nestled in a spruce grove only minutes to the best ski trails in North
America, “15 Bachelor Gulch is ideal for a group of family or friends who
are looking for a reunion or spot to enjoy a vacation together,” said
Ashley S. Offermann, Vice President of Sales for WFR.

The first offering in this colony of signature homes incorporates four
beautifully appointed suites, a completely appointed reading room/office,
and a great room with a huge fireplace for winter nights and doors which
open to a secluded garden during the summer. 15 Bachelor Gulch also has a
media room for teens and grown-ups who enjoy relaxing in front of a giant
TV screen and/or playing games and a hearth room/kitchen which acts as the
perfect gathering room. The antique country dining table seats ten and the
large stone wood-burning fireplace makes every day special.

Beaver Creek Resort is rated fifth in the U.S. by Ski Magazine. Number one
rated Vail is 15 minutes away. Fifteen golf courses are in the area as are
plenty of other outdoor activities such as tennis, hiking, ice skating,
snowshoeing, fly fishing and sporting clays.

According to Carl Berry, CEO of The Worlds Finest Resorts, new affiliates
may join The World’s Finest Resorts by invitation only. The resort
selection process includes an independent review of the property and
evaluation of its location, accommodations, facilities and service
standards. Among the top priorities is a high demand location in one of
the world’s most appealing destinations and a superior level of guest
satisfaction.
