announced a new on-board incentive shopping program with SkyMall Inc., the
largest in-flight catalog company in the United States. Available on all
of America West’s 584 daily flights, “Buy in the Sky” rewards customers of
the SkyMall catalog with a choice of two options: 10 FlightFund miles for
every dollar spent on SkyMall merchandise; or $20 off an order of $60 or
more. Passengers must use a special order form, available from any America
West flight attendant, and complete their order as instructed on the form
to take advantage of the special offer. There is no limit to the
