Zehnder’s Splash Village Set for Summer 2005

Families and groups can start
planning next year’s vacation at the new Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel
and Waterpark by making online reservations at
http://www.splashvillage.com/ beginning December 1, 2004, just in time for
holiday gift-giving. The four- level, 30,000 square foot waterpark opens
in summer 2005 with a great wave of activities located adjacent to
Bronner’s CHRISTmas Wonderland just one mile from the famous 1,500-seat
Zehnder’s restaurant in downtown Frankenmuth. Ground was broken in September for the waterpark that will feature a
whimsical theme of an enchanted land with elves, fairies and creative play
areas with two, four-story tube slides, a dumping bucket for surprise
showers, a body slide for thrills, a lazy river for smooth sailing, a
toddler pool for safe adventures and more.

“We are making great progress with the foundation for the waterpark and
hotel additions,” said Zehnder’s of Frankenmuth CEO and Chairman, Al
Zehnder. “At the same time our design consultants are working on the
interior theme features that will give our young guests plenty of wet and
fun experiences.” The build/design team includes Water Technology, Inc.,
Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and Architectural Design Consultants, Lake Delton,
Wisconsin.

Construction is also underway to redevelop the hotel property that will
expand to 152 rooms with 63 deluxe suites that accommodate 4-8 guests -
some feature a fireplace and whirlpool. Guests will dine in a new 125-seat
restaurant, visit a 2,000 square foot arcade, and pick up any needed items
in the hotel’s new lobby and gift shop.

There are four hotel packages to choose from that all
include up to four waterpark passes. You must be a hotel guest to use the
waterpark. Package rates start at $149 per night (not including
taxes/gratuities). Rates vary based on season, number of guests and choice
