Montrose Travel, a $100 Million travel management company and one of the Top 50 travel agencies in America, is pleased to announce the launch of Êits new, home-based travel agent program, called MTravel.com.

She added that, “We keenly understand the travel industry and know exactly what it takes to succeed in the leisure, corporate, honeymoon, incentive, meeting and group markets. This is evidenced by our growth from $6 Million in 1990 to more than $100 Million today.Ê All home-based agents will have access to the tools we have used to drive our growth.”

MTravel.com will offer strong commissions with no minimums as well as an agent only website with marketing and accounting support; excellent technology; E&O insurance; Apollo, Cornerstone QC; iBank Reporting; Weissmann Reports; Thor24 and Passport Online.Ê MTravel.com affiliations include Ensemble Travel, ARC, IATAN, CLIA, NACTA, OSSN, and ASTA.

According to McClure-Mysza, Montrose Travel, has been working quite successfully with independent contractors of all types in a host agency capacity since 1973, adding that, “these independent contractors are primarily local, including smaller travel agencies that have closed their doors to reduce overhead and utilize desk space in the office.Ê Individual annual production from each of our current Independent Contractors ranges from $20,000 to more than $2.5 Million.”Ê

Due to the evolving trends and increased demand in the industry for strong, reliable and aggressive host agencies, Montrose Travel invested heavily in the development of the new MTravel.com brand to expand its reach into the home-based agent market. “The opportunity to grow our Independent Contractor Division with the recruitment of established travel professionals, as well as new home-based agents, is enormous,” added McClure-Mysza.
