e-Travel Implements Self-Service Solution for Qantas

today announced the successful implementation of a new online customer self-service solution for the Qantas consumer website through e-Travel Planitgo technology.
Qantas have also launched e-Travel’s Planitgo Flex Pricer new faring technology to support their international flight sales.Ê Flex Pricer empowers online end-users to create their own travel journeys by combining one-way flights mixing various classes with fares rules in plain language.

Key benefits that the new self-service solution delivers for the airline include improved customer service, growth in online sales, ability to review and rebook bookings made online.
