This is the second year running that the publication’s readers have voted the hotel Best in the Caribbean/Central America/South America. Just five regional awards are presented, representing spas worldwide. In addition, The BodyHoliday was named to the top ten in five of the fourteen Category Awards. Results were announced in the November/December issue.
