CPAmerica Pacts With Don Dorsey for New Casino

Jack Wishna, President & Chief
Executive Officer of CPAmerica, Inc. announced today that a deal has been
signed to represent Don Dorsey, themed entertainment producer/director,
Disney entertainment legend and successful recording artist, in the
development and marketing of a unique and spectacular resort-casino
concept. CPAmerica is a leading deal-making organization serving the world’s
leading hotel, gaming, leisure and service firms. Led by Jack Wishna,
President and CEO, CPAmerica has worked with Caesar’s Entertainment, Boyd
Gaming Corporation, The Ritz Hotels Paris and Wyndham International
Resorts among others. Most recently, Wishna was instrumental in creating
the transaction between Donald J. Trump and New Frontier Resort and Casino
owner Phil Ruffin to create the new Trump International Hotel & Towers
project in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Don’s successful and creative track record along with his passion for
themed and live entertainment production makes this project viable and
unique,” Wishna said. “We are excited to be part of this project and Don’s
vision for the next chapter in resort development. We look forward to
presenting this concept to resort and gaming industry leaders worldwide,”
Wishna added.

“Our concept merges entertainment and leisure in new and surprising ways,”
says Dorsey. “With Jack Wishna and CPAmerica agreeing to champion our
effort, we are that much closer to realizing a revolutionary vision.”
Dorsey has formed a new company, Innovation Properties, LLC, specifically
to pursue this and other leisure industry concepts.

Dorsey has created, directed and produced innovative and award-winning
projects for the themed entertainment industry for more than three
decades. He has played many key roles in the successes of large-scale
entertainment for the Walt Disney Company including The Main Street
Electrical Parade, Disney’s Epcot nighttime spectacular “IllumiNations,”
and the $22-million millennium- themed “Reflections of Earth.” As a
consultant he contributed to the development of Disney’s patented
“air-launch” environmentally-friendly fireworks technology and continues
to advise Disney on computerized parade and production systems.

Prior to his work in entertainment production technology and design,
Dorsey composed original music for television, radio, records,
commercials, industrial shows, half-time shows, and spectacular events
around the world. His credits have included commercials for Mattel,
Kawasaki, Mexicana Airlines, Zenith, and Yamaha, album projects by Stevie
Wonder, Quincy Jones, Donna Summer and Sergio Mendez and the release of
classical synthesizer recordings Bachbusters, which topped Billboard’s
Classical Compact Disc chart for fourteen weeks and stayed in the Top
Twenty for over a year and Beethoven or Bust which held the Number One
spot on the Classical Crossover chart for twenty-three weeks.
