The Anguilla Tourist Board is combining the island’s extraordinary tourism product with world-class music in the Tranquility Jazz Festival, scheduled for November 10-14 at Sandy Ground.ÊÊ“This event provides us a unique opportunity to share the best of our island - including our marvelous hotels, exceptional restaurants, stunning beaches and most important, the warmth and welcoming nature of the people of Anguilla - with an audience that appreciates the thrill of jazz” said Anguilla’s Director of Tourism, Amelia Vanterpool-Kubisch. “We look forward to providing jazz purists and jazz aficionados a special setting in which to enjoy some of today’s legendary artists.”

The Tranquility Jazz Festival will feature a collection of some of the most respected names in the jazz world today performing at a number of venues across the island.

Highlights of this year’s star-studded roster of performers include jazz pianist and composer Cyrus Chestnut, bandleader and percussionist Ray Barretto and vocalist Carmen Lundy. Top regional artists slated for the festival include St. Lucia’s Boo Hinkson.
