VLM Airlines Tops Punctuality

Topping the latest Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) punctuality statistics is becoming a bit of a habit for VLM Airlines. The latest statistics put the airline well ahead of the competition for June and for the second quarter of 2004, affirming the airline’s commitment to exceptional reliability and customer service.
Almost 92% of all VLM Airlines arrivals and departures were on time in June (figures recently released). The airline serves Manchester, Liverpool, Antwerp, Brussels, Luxembourg, Rotterdam, and Jersey from London City Airport and is only one of three airlines with a punctuality figure over 90%.

The airline, which has a large number of loyal customers and has recently announced an expansion to it’s existing fleet with the addition of two aircraft, is easily ahead of Ryanair, FlyBe, British Airways, KLM and BMI.

VLM Airlines’ UK Regional Manager, Titus Johnson comments: “We are very proud of our track record for punctuality, especially in comparison with our major competitors. On-time performance is the number one priority for the business traveller and the promptness of our services in conjunction with the ease of travelling into the City from London City Airport, ensures that our service cannot be beaten.”
