Prime to Offer ‘Triple Points and Miles’ Promotion

Prime Hospitality
Corp. announced that beginning September 20, it will launch a “Triple
Points and Miles” promotion for members of the Prime Rewards frequent
traveler program. This exciting promotion will award all Prime Rewards members with triple
points AND triple miles for stays anytime between September 20, 2004 and
November 20, 2004, at all AmeriSuites, Wellesley Inns & Suites and Prime
Hotels & Resorts.

The Prime Rewards program enables guests at AmeriSuites, Wellesley Inn &
Suites and Prime Hotels & Resorts to earn free points and airline miles
for their visits. Prime Rewards offers the fastest, easiest and most
seamless way to earn points and miles and the easiest redemptions. Members
choose between mileage with Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan(R), America West
Flight Fund(R), American Airlines AAdvantage(R), Delta SkyMiles(R),
Continental One-Pass(R), United Mileage Plus(R), or US Airways Dividend
Miles(R). Prime Rewards members also enjoy special benefits such as
express reservations, free local calls, and express check-in.

Jim Gard, Prime’s Vice President of Marketing Services, says, “Most hotel
frequent guest programs run promotions that offer extra points or miles
for guest stays—some even go as high as double points and/or miles.
Prime Rewards is outshining all of them by offering triple points and
miles. This promotion firmly demonstrates our gratitude to our members for
staying with us. Prime Rewards is one of the few programs offering both
points and miles.”

To publicize the promotion, Prime Hospitality has also launched a national
advertising campaign dubbed “Triple Decker”. The campaign features images
of over-stuffed triple decker sandwiches to announce the promotion through
television and print advertising, sales brochures, communications to Prime
Rewards members, and property collateral.

Those wishing to become Prime Rewards members can find out more about the
program and enroll online at http://www.prime-rewards.com/. A dedicated
reservations hotline is also available at 866-PRIMERY (774-6379).
