Epting Named Northwest MD, Atlantic Division

Pat Epting, managing
director of corporate and agency sales - North America, has been named
managing director of Northwest Airlines’ Atlantic division.
Epting, who will be based in Amsterdam, replaces Glenn Woythaler, who was
recently named vice president for customer service planning. She will be
responsible for Northwest’s sales, marketing and operations functions in

“We are delighted to have someone with Pat’s knowledge of Northwest
Airlines and expertise in various aspects of sales oversee our important
Atlantic operations,” said Haan. “Pat has made many valuable contributions
during her more than 25 years of service at Northwest and we expect she
will continue to do so in her new position.”

Epting started her career with Northwest as a customer service agent in
Milwaukee. She worked in computer reservation sales and passenger sales
and has been the company’s account executive and district sales manager in
Milwaukee and regional sales director in Chicago. She has been in her
current position since 2000, and manages a field sales force of 140
Northwest Airlines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines sales professionals in the
United States.
