American Airlines announces the addition of 30 retailers to the AAdvantage eShopping(SM)
mall, bringing the total number of merchants to more than 80. The mall,
located at http://www.aa.com/aadvantageeshopping
, is the best place on
the Internet to earn AAdvantage(R) miles while shopping for gifts or
everyday items. With new retailers such as Brooks Brothers, DirecTV.com,
Apple.com and LLBean.com, shopping online is now even more rewarding.

“We know that AAdvantage members value the convenience of online
shopping,” said Jeff Zidell, Vice President-AAdvantage Marketing Programs.
“By expanding the number and variety of retailers in the program, our
customers can choose from an outstanding array of products and services
with just a few clicks of the mouse and earn miles at the same time.”

AAdvantage members can still earn double miles every time they shop online
between now and Sept. 30, 2004, at the new AAdvantage eShopping mall.
