World’s Finest Resorts Affiliates Pronghorn Villa

The World’s Finest Resorts
announces the selection of The Residence Club at Pronghorn into its
collection of distinctive resorts, hotels, services and benefits. Located
in central Oregon and surrounded by 20,000 acres of protected land,
Pronghorn is recognized as one of the premier golf resort communities in
the Western U.S., featuring Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio. World’s Finest Resorts (WFR) is the world’s leading trade and travel
benefits service for discerning luxury resort property owners.

According to Carl Berry, CEO of The World’s Finest Resorts, Pronghorn, due
to be officially completed in early Summer 2005. “Fits all the essential
criteria of selection that we demand of our affiliated resorts.”

“World’s Finest Resorts offers incredible value to our members and
prospects in providing extraordinary locations around the world for their
experience with a superior level of service,” said Tiffany Kruger, Vice
President of Marketing and Operations.

WFR Members will be treated at The Residence Club at Pronghorn to 2 and 3
bedroom residences that sit overlooking the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus
course. The villas are close to the Clubhouse and Camp Pronghorn. Each
two-story residence has a fully-equipped study with LCD monitors and multi
function printers, dual master suites and a private garage. Kitchens are
furnished with all Viking appliances.

“In turn,” says Jane Kaster, Vice President of Member Services for The
World’s Finest Resorts, “Pronghorn members will be able to trade for
similar accommodations at other luxurious resort destinations around the
world; rent additional resort stays at member preferred rates through the
WFR on-line Resort Boutique, or rent out their property through WFR for
additional income; use the inherent value of homeownership as a down
payment towards luxury cruise and vacation packages, and also enjoy WFR
member-only special offers on travel packages and experiential vacations.”

The Central Oregon, high-desert location affords one of the longest golf
seasons in all of Oregon. Pronghorn is not only the first place in Oregon
to offer either a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course or a Tom Fazio
Championship Course, but actually offers both. At the opening of the Jack
Nicklaus Signature Course, even Jack Nicklaus’ high aspirations had been
exceeded. “I knew this was a beautiful piece of land, but I never dreamed
it could turn out this good. This is incredibly good,” Nicklaus said.

According to Ashley Offerman, Vice President of Sales for The World’s
Finest Resorts, “More and more developers are choosing to offer their
members the opportunity to trade into affiliated properties. Coming from a
sales perspective, I see that trading is not simply a benefit for the
owners at our affiliated properties; it is another excellent opportunity
for many of our developers to attract qualified buyers.”

Owners at World’s Finest Member Resorts enjoy luxury travel services from
the best-known and most reputable companies in the United States and
Europe. The World’s Finest Resorts offers a priority concierge level
travel program with a personalized and dedicated service. Ticketing,
car/limousine hire, yacht charter, hotel reservations, alternative resort
accommodations, once-in-a-lifetime vacation experiences and much more are
all available through The World’s Finest Resorts.
