Ossigeno, the modern Italian restaurant at the award-winning
Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, is launching a Ten Days of Italy promotion
from the start of September.

The promotion, which runs from September 1 to 10, offers you the choice to select a dish from 10 types of pastas and 10 kinds of sauces for just Dhs49 per person.

Alternatively, choose the Dhs110 menu, which includes a half-bottle of Italian wine.

Aside from the pasta promotion, Ossigeno’s new menu will see the addition of Chef
Ivan di Lucia’s famed antipasti, as well as selected Italian cheese and a new wine
list.

Chef Ivan, who is the chef / patron at the restaurant, says guests will feel right
at home: “We don’t only serve Italian food, but Italian traditions as well. The
service is friendly and welcoming, and we see our guests as returning friends!”

 

The charismatic chef adds his signature twist to the Italian menu, which has been
influenced by his travels around the length and breadth of the country. He
explained: “Ossigeno is a melting pot for each and every kind of cuisine in Italy.”
