Cheetahmail Signs Global Deal with Hilton International

Cheetahmail has signed Hilton International as its latest travel customer. The operating division of the FTSE 100 listed Hilton Group plc, will use Cheetahmail, Experian’s e-mail delivery and management solution, to target international customers with the latest offers from its Hilton and Scandic brands.Having evaluated other e-mail marketing solutions, Hilton International has selected Cheetahmail as the only system capable of enabling the organisation to quickly create, execute and manage highly targeted, permission-based, e-mail marketing campaigns to the thousands of customers that register via its web sites to receive regular e-mail newsletters.

Playing an integral role within Hilton International’s global e-marketing strategy, Cheetahmail’s technology provides the organisation with a number of unique benefits.

The system’s targeting and segmentation tools will allow Hilton International to personalise e-mail newsletters according to customer demographics, preferences, behaviour and purchasing patterns.  Ideal for Hilton International’s global presence, Cheetahmail ensures that e-mail marketing campaigns can be sent in 17 different languages.
