Although there are many restaurants in the area, the presence of a high quality restaurant within Phoenix House compliments the apartments and provides an additional facility for our guests wishing to take breakfast, lunch or dinner when staying with us.

How is business?

Business in Phoenix House is at an all time high and the restaurant is trading beyond expectation.

Do you currently have a spa and if not then will one be featured in the future?

No we do not currently have a spa, and I would not see one being featured in the future.

Where does the majority of business come from - overseas or internal tourism?

The majority of the business comes from overseas, although it is corporate business not tourism.

How important is the Internet in the booking of rooms at Phoenix House?

The Internet at this stage in the cycle is not a major source of direct bookings, although the presence of Phoenix House as part of the Cheval group Website is very important. It allows potential guests to not only see the facilities and location of the property, but also take a virtual tour.
