Phoenix House Debuts Le Cercle

Phoenix House, the luxury apartment hotel owned by the Cheval Group located just off Sloane Street, has just opened Le Cercle, its chic French restaurant and bar. Phoenix House opened last summer and was designed by Fox Linton, the designers of One Aldwych Hotel. Its new restaurant, Le Cercle, designed by United Designers, is operated by the team from Club Gascon in Smithfields, which specialises in fabulous food and wine from the southwest of France.

Le Cercle is open for all-day dining to both guests of Phoenix House and outside guests, from Tuesday through to Saturday, between Noon and 11pm. Le Cercle also serves breakfast exclusively to Phoenix House guests seven mornings a week, from 7am to 10am. Guests of Phoenix House can access Le Cercle via a lift, which will transport them directly into the restaurant.

The menus and wine lists at Le Cercle encompass all areas of regional France. The food style focuses on small tapas style dishes, and wine selections are suggested to complement the various sections of the menu. These include Vegetal (vegetarian), Marin (fish), Fermier (meat), Terroirs (traditional dishes), Plaisirs (luxury dishes), Fromagerie (cheese) and Gourmandises (desserts).

Phoenix House offers stays of a minimum of one week. Its 33 beautifully appointed and stylish apartments feature living rooms, desk space, fully equipped kitchens and dining areas. The apartments start from £945 per week (only £135 per night) excluding VAT. The average price of dinner for two at Le Cercle is £80.
