With the summer holidays almost upon us, Seaham Hall has a treat in store for stressed-out parents!  Recently launched, the new kids yoga classes will allow parents to enjoy being pampered at the Serenity Spa safe in the knowledge that their kids are having a good time too.The courses, which are absolutely free for all guests staying at the hotel and members of the spa, will take place from 5 - 6pm on Sundays.  There will be two classes - one for 5 -11 year olds and one for 11-15 year olds. 

The Serenity Spa at Seaham Hall will also offer kids circuits and a games session to ensure that children are keeping fit over the summer holidays and not glued to their Playstations and TV screens.

While the children are being taken good care of parents can indulge themselves with one of over eighty treatments that the spa offers.  Treatments start from as little as £30 and include an exotic ginger salt glow, a 30-minute Oriental spa dream massage or an exotic rose facial.
