Wyndham Extends Private-Label to Hotel Alliance Partners

Interactive Sites is enabling Wyndham to extend the scope of its sales lead referral program to its three partners in the Global Hotel Alliance: Kempinski Hotels & Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, and Rydges Hotels & Resorts. The ShareIt Online product now allows the sales teams of more than 235 hotels comprising 63,000 rooms to exchange leads and share sales opportunities that one hotel, or chain, might not be able to service alone.
Rodd Herron, vice president of sales development for Wyndham International, commented, “The Global Hotel Alliance is striving to eliminate the barriers that sometimes cause guest interactions to get ‘lost in translation’ across cultures, and countries.  By giving our total sales force the ability to communicate and respond to inquiries through the private labeled ShareIt Online? tool, we eliminate one more barrier, providing an even higher level of customized service and recognition to our guests.”

“Wyndham International’s success with the ShareIt Online? product - its design, functionality and return on investment - is best demonstrated by the fact that they are advocating its adoption by their other three Global Hotel Alliance partners,” said Michael L. Waltman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Sites.  “The customized ShareIt Online? application has enabled Wyndham to provide 24/7 sales office service to their clients. With its implementation across the 235 hotels in 55 countries of the Global Hotel Alliance, that online resource becomes a global web of sales coverage. ShareIt Online? puts Kempinski, Pan Pacific, Rydges and Wyndham International in a leadership role when it comes to serving the needs of their group and meeting clients, as well as empowering their internal sales teams.”

Including ShareIt Online?, Interactive Sites has been developing groups and meetings applications since 1996. Its other leading products for the meetings market include PlanIt Online?, the most widely used private-labeled groups and meetings RFP that captures qualified meeting and planner information and GBX (group business exchange) a database of 200,000 non-professional meeting planners.
