Thousands of UK travellers using low-cost flights are departing on holiday blissfully unaware that they could be left stranded should the airline collapse.
With reports from the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) that the collapse of low-cost airlines are ‘probable’ this summer, the Government is set to examine this lack of consumer protection on no-frills airlines.
