Omni San Francisco Introduces Signature Room

The Omni San Francisco Hotel, recognized this year by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine as “One of the World’s Best Hotels,” will reveal a new Signature Guest Room today. Luxurious items and services have been added to 26 guest rooms on the 16th floor of the four diamond hotel to further enhance the guest’s stay. Ideally located on the cable car line in the heart downtown, and home to Bob’s Steak and Chop House, noted as one of America’s best steakhouses, the hotel features a full-service fitness center, high-speed Internet access in all guest rooms and a business center.
The Signature Rooms take luxury even further with plush custom bedding by Italian designer Mascioni, surrounding the guest in 320 thread count Egyptian cotton Ecru sheets and a duvet cover highlighted with gold-stitch piping. High quality sound can be accessed from the Bose Wave Radio/CD Player and the rooms also have a DVD player. A library of music or movies is available to the Signature Room guest to enjoy these upgraded amenities. Additional touches include a welcome amenity of fresh seasonal fruit and chilled bottle of Fiji water refreshed daily, complimentary WiFi, T1 Internet connection and an in-room color copier/printer.

Built in 1926, the Omni San Francisco Hotel was formerly a Financial Center Building converted into a 362-room luxury hotel which opened in 2002. It has a historically accurate restoration of the exterior with a three-floor stone facade and 14 floors of corniced brick. The interior design reflects an old world style.
