Lastminute.com Restructures UK Management
Following an extensive review of its UK organisation, lastminute.com is changing its UK management structure under UK MD Richard Bowden-Doyle. The changes will include several new appointments and the introduction of a category management structure based on the main five commercial categories: Flights, Hotels, Holidays and Dynamic Packaging, Lifestyle, Car & Ancillary Products. The new Category Director roles will take full responsibility for the respective P&Ls across the UK business and are announced as:

áHolidays & Dynamic Packaging: John Bevan
áLifestyle: This category will be overseen for the next few months by Lopo Champalimaud, lastminute.com’s European MD for Lifestyle
áCars & Ancillaries: This post will be filled by Mat Hart, who also remains Ê MD of Holiday Autos UK & Ireland
Andrew Windsor, Group Commercial Director, continues to focus on Group Trade strategy and will announce a replacement for Carol Dray, formerly GM holidayandmore, in due course. ÊFor the short term Andrew and Carol will oversee the holidayandmore business until a replacement is announced.
Two new posts will also be created - Consumer Sales Director and Customer Operations Director - to ensure consistently high standards in off-line sales and customer service and operations across all brands and all categories within the UK business. Ê
