A panel of experts from TOWARD Europe’s membership, including Europcar International’s Emmanuel Scuto, director of revenue management, Amadeus’ Paul Keser, director of sales & marketing, and Pegasus’ Heath Kane, director of tour services, will discuss the headline topic, which will be followed by an in-depth debate.

June’s summit is a first chance for the organisation’s full membership to meet following the creation of two new working groups, ‘Business and Cost Analysis Group’ - from which the conference draws its theme - and ‘Inventory and Content Group’.

Bill Barnes, of TOWARD Europe’s management committee said: “Our quarterly members’ conference allows TOWARD Europe to maintain its recent momentum, which has seen the organisation produce white papers and launch new working groups to respond to the strategic feedback of our members.

“On 24 June we will tackle two issues of most importance to travel companies in today’s market - finding ways to improve business processes in the industry, and how areas of cost in distribution can be reduced or removed altogether.

“The event maintains the dynamism of an organisation which, with the support of its members, is moving from strength to strength.”
