today announced its selection as the new management company for the 265
room Four Points Hotel by Sheraton, Washington, DC Downtown. The property
was recently acquired by an affiliate of The JBG Companies, a Chevy Chase,
MD based, full-service real estate company. The Four Points Hotel
Washington, DC Downtown is the first hotel that Crestline will manage for
The JBG Companies. Presently Crestline manages two other hotels in DC, The
Radisson Barcelo and the Holiday Inn on the Hill.
