Trust, WizCom and Galileo Combine to Offer Seamless Connectivity

TRUST International, WizCom International and Galileo International, subsidiaries of Cendant Corporation, today announced their hotel clients are seeing a significant increase in sales by leveraging a partnership between the three brands for greater connectivity and enhanced customer service.Ê

Through the partnership, TRUST’s Voyager 4.0 Central Reservation System (CRS) connects hotel clients through WizCom’s Next Generation Seamless (NGS) Switch technology direct to all global distribution systems including Galileo’s Inside Shopper.Ê Within the first four months of using this connectivity, international hotel chains including Small Luxury Hotels, SRS-Worldhotels, and Grupo Posadas, realized sales increases of up to 30% in comparison to the same time period as last year. They continue to see their GDS bookings climb.Ê


Through the enhanced NGS connection, travel agents gain access to more accurate information for room and rate availability, and enhanced search capabilities directly from the hotel client’s CRS, in this case the Voyager 4.0 CRS, rather than separately maintained databases with each GDS.Ê In addition, Galileo’s Inside Shopper provides travel agents with rate ranges for multiple properties to improve customer service and sales.Ê
