Carnival takes place from June 25th to July 6th, 2004 and offers “More Fun, More Flair, More Fantasy”‘Vincy Mas’, as it is called in the Caribbean, is by far one of the most exciting and colourful Carnivals in the islands and this year promises to be spectacular.
