Beaches aims to educate kids with Science Programme

Beaches is aiming to educate kids with the introduction of its brand new Beaches Science Programme allowing children to dig for treasure, launch rockets and even explode volcanoes. When parents choose a Beaches holiday they can be sure that they are also choosing to help their children grow and develop with creative and stimulating activities.

Attention grabbing games such as Buccaneer’s Bounty, where young explorers dig for gems and shark teeth as they learn about local geology and marine life, ensure that children are captivated.

A giant beach ball teaches kids about chemical reactions and these reactions are used to erupt giant volcanoes on the beach while learning takes to the sky as elementary age travellers learn about the basic principles of flight by launching rockets propelled by water.

Bobby Stewart, UK Managing Director of Sandals and Beaches Resorts, said, “We are constantly looking for ways to excite and please our youngest guests as they are very important to us.  If children are happy it will follow that so too are their parents, which makes for the perfect relaxing holiday.”

The exciting new programme has been introduced especially for Beaches’ younger guests aged between four and seven and will be available at all four Beaches resorts in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos.
