Wildfitness is delighted to announce its latest destination, Morzine in the French Alps, as part of the expansion to some beautiful and accessible European summer locations. ‘Chalet Famille’ in the stunning Nyon valley near Morzine is where the Wildfitness team will be working hard with the huge range of natural facilities available to them. From the mountains to the rivers and lakes go to ‘Chalet Famille’ for an injection of vitality and health this summer.This Summer, clients can experience The Wildfitness concept - getting strong, fast, and agile ‘like an animal’, building endurance, looking fabulous and making it last for life - in an alpine environment, offering all the variety and challenges required by the more adventurous or fitness conscious traveller. The luxurious boutique-style chalet, ‘Chalet Famille’ offers 7 en-suite rooms with stunning views overlooking the breathtaking mountain panorama.
The week long courses for groups of 8 - 14 people are packed with activity, learning and exploration - the perfect kick start to new levels of health and fitness and a good way to sample Wildfitness before booking the more remote and rugged Kenyan coastal destination. The exercise programme is broken up with lectures and interactive workshops. There is also a library of health and fitness literature and a range of toxin free organic Mediterranean style cosmetics.
Food is all organic, unrefined, unprocessed and delicious - delivered in conjunction with a personalised nutrition analysis. Chef Lucy Boize works closely with Tara Wood and Katy Budd the trainers, to ensure menus compliment the hard work that is achieved. Wildfitness and ‘Chalet Famille’ have this year, also linked up with Future Forests to ensure the property is carbon neutral for a safer and cleaner environment.
Wildfitness caters to both those who have never exercised before as well as athletes training for a specific goal. No-one ever feels held back or left behind and everyone leaves energised and inspired.
Wildfitness at ‘Chalet Famille’ this summer is located near Morzine only a one-hour drive away from Geneva airport. The one-week courses cost from £1,095 per person, based on sharing a twin room and from £1,395 per person for a single room. This price includes airport transfers, accommodation, all meals and activities featured in the course and excludes flights and travel insurance.
The one week courses run between 27th June - 29th August 2004 (Sunday - Sunday) with the exception of one 4 day course from 12th August - 15th August 2004.
