Dave Durbin, President and CEO,
Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc., today announced the appointment of
Deanne Johnson-Anderson to the position of Corporate Director of Human
Resources for Crestline Hotels & Resorts. Ms. Johnson-Anderson will be
responsible for all aspects of the human resources function including
recruitment, hiring, benefits and training of Crestline personnel.
Presently the Company employs over 2600 hospitality industry professionals
throughout North America at its corporate headquarters and 30 managed
properties. Ms. Johnson-Anderson joins Crestline from Starwood Hotels & Resorts where
she was an area director of human resources. She has more than 15 years of
experience in the hospitality industry in both operations and human
resources. Ms. Johnson-Anderson is a graduate of Cornell University where
she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel Administration and Management.
She also holds an MBA in Organization Behavior and Development from The
George Washington University. She is a designated PHR (Professional of
Human Resources) and has received recognition for her outstanding
performance with Starwood, as well as for founding the corporate Diversity
Council at Starwood. She was a keynote speaker at the National Society of
Minorities in Hospitality conference.
