Spice Island Resort purchases new boat for charter

Expanding its offerings to include a variety of sea adventures, Spice Island Beach Resort in Grenada has purchased a new 38-foot Sea Ray Fisherman boat for full-day and half-day charter programs.
Powered by twin diesel caterpillar engines, the tastefully-appointed Sea Ray Fisherman is fully air-conditioned and features a small stateroom, living room, bathroom and galley equipped with a microwave, electric stove top, refrigerator and sink.

Additional seating and sleeping quarters are available in the main area.  The Sea Ray Fisherman can comfortably accommodate six to eight people.

“Providing the option of charter boat programs is a natural extension of our luxury offerings, and the Sea Ray Fisherman, with its superb facilities and style, is an excellent complement to Spice” said Royston O. Hopkin, CMG, chairman and managing director.

“Charters are ideal for friends traveling together who would like to spend a day at sea, executive/business groups seeking some bonding/networking time, small weddings or family reunions and sporting enthusiasts,” Hopkin added.

All charters come with fishing gear, snorkel equipment and the use of a captain, mate and personal server.
