Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has installed Revelation, the point-of-sale solution by InfoGenesis, at two of their newest premier properties.An 18-month intensive review process followed by a pilot installation led to a decision to install the InfoGenesis solution at Mandarin Oriental, New York and Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C.

Revelation smoothly integrates with ResPac, Mandarin’s restaurant reservation system, and Springer-Miller Systems, Mandarin’s property management system. In addition, both properties use IBM SurePOS 500 touch screen terminals to process all food and beverage transactions, as well as software built with Microsoft development tools. This combination allows customers the flexibility of integrating multiple systems into one comprehensive solution that fits their technology and operation needs.
