Following the collapse this
morning of part of the roof of Terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle
Airport, Air France expresses its deepest sympathy for the victims of the
accident and for their families and friends, assuring them of its fullest
support. Air France also wishes to inform them that Aeroports de Paris has
established the following phone number for family and friends:

+ 33 1 48 64 59 59

The Chairman of Air France, Jean-Cyril Spinetta, immediately visited the
site of the accident to be fully informed of the situation.

The Company is taking all possible measures to ensure continuity in its
operations. The approximately sixty daily flights departing from or
arriving at Terminal 2E will be handled in the five other terminals (2A,
2B, 2C, 2D, 2F) at Charles de Gaulle Airport. Considering these
circumstances, delays should be anticipated. Terminal 2E is primarily used
for Air France long- and medium-haul flights.

Air France refers U.S. passengers to a toll-free number for real time
information regarding today’s departures and arrivals:
