Pippa Wicks has today been appointed as a non-executive director of Hilton Group plc with effect from 1 June 2004. An Oxford and London Business School graduate, Pippa was appointed Principal of AlixPartners, the performance improvement and turnaround specialist consulting firm, in 2003.Ê She previously held senior positions within Pearson plc and was Group Finance Director at Courtaulds Textiles plc between 1993 -1999.Ê She started her career with Bain & Company, working with a wide range of clients for eight years.Ê Pippa was also a non-executive director of Arcadia plc between 2001 - 2003.

Commenting on the appointment Sir Ian Robinson, Chairman of Hilton Group plc, said, “I am pleased to welcome Pippa Wicks to the Board and am confident that she will bring important skills and experience to Hilton Group plc.”
